Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all paid orders on the same day they're placed. However, shipments may take 1-2 business days due to circumstances beyond our control, such as missed shipping cutoff times, holidays, and weekends. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. Most our store orders ship via FedEx. For shipping, you can track your order through: 放一个跟踪物流的地址. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping Damages

域名 is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received a damaged order or a lost package, please contact us within 14 days via email at joehu0817@gmail.com with the relevant video and images.

Shipping Fee

We will charge you the shipping fee under these circumstances:

  2. Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;
  3. Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
  4. Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not by the official instructions or manuals;
  5. After you purchase the battery, we will send you an email to double confirm the battery size, if there is an error in the battery size and you need to return or exchange the battery, we will charge you the relevant logistics costs.
