This Privacy Policy describes how Valthea (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from valthea.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access any of the Services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.

Most ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, polishing cloth, and IGI grading report (where applicable).

Engagement rings, eternity bands, engraved jewelry, and other made-to-order or personalized pieces are final sale. We are happy to offer a complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery — please contact us before sending the piece back so we can guide you through the process.

  1. Email returns@valthea.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid, insured shipping label (US orders) or instructions (international orders).
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging and drop it off at the carrier location indicated.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size, we offer one complimentary resize per piece within 60 days of delivery (excluding eternity bands, which cannot be resized due to their construction). Reach out to us at support@valthea.com and we will arrange everything.

Every Valthea piece is covered by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, or damage caused by mishandling. For warranty service, contact support@valthea.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

International orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the customer covers the return shipping and any applicable duties. We strongly recommend using an insured courier service. Original shipping fees and import duties paid to your country's customs are non-refundable.
