We understand that purchasing fine jewelry is a significant decision. Thatโ€™s why eligible diamond products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

  • For high-value items priced over $75,000, only exchanges are accepted within 30 days; refunds are not available.

โœ… Conditions for Return and Exchange

To ensure every piece remains in perfect condition, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Returns must include the original packaging, certificates, warranty cards, purchase invoice, and all accompanying materials.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Resized, altered, or damaged items
  • Items modified or repaired by a third party
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or specially sized products)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Weโ€™ve made the process simple and hassle-free:

  • Submit a RequestEmail our customer service team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Weโ€™ll respond within 24 hours.
  • Ship It Back for FreeWeโ€™ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Just print, pack, and drop off at any UPS/FedEx location.
  • Fast ProcessingOnce we receive your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days after passing inspection.

๐Ÿ’ต Refunds and Exchanges

  • All returned items must pass inspection. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be sent back to the customer.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be returned to the gift card.
  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value; any price difference must be paid.

Recycling Fees (includes applicable transaction fees):

  • Engagement Rings: $300
  • Wedding Bands & Made-to-Order Jewelry: $50 per item

Shipping Policy:

  • Complimentary return shipping and a prepaid return label are provided for U.S. returns.
  • Original shipping fees, engraving fees, and finishing service fees are non-refundable.

๐Ÿ’ Complimentary Resizing Policy

We offer one complimentary resizing per order, within ยฑ1 US ring size (including quarter, half, or full sizes).

  • For resizing beyond ยฑ1 US size, a new product must be created, or the original item must be returned and exchanged.
  • Infinity and Eternity ring styles cannot be resized due to their design and craftsmanship. Customers needing size adjustments for these styles must initiate a return or exchange.

Most ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, polishing cloth, and IGI grading report (where applicable).

Engagement rings, eternity bands, engraved jewelry, and other made-to-order or personalized pieces are final sale. We are happy to offer a complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery โ€” please contact us before sending the piece back so we can guide you through the process.

  1. Email returns@valthea.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid, insured shipping label (US orders) or instructions (international orders).
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging and drop it off at the carrier location indicated.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5โ€“10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size, we offer one complimentary resize per piece within 60 days of delivery (excluding eternity bands, which cannot be resized due to their construction). Reach out to us at support@valthea.com and we will arrange everything.

Every Valthea piece is covered by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, or damage caused by mishandling. For warranty service, contact support@valthea.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

International orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the customer covers the return shipping and any applicable duties. We strongly recommend using an insured courier service. Original shipping fees and import duties paid to your country's customs are non-refundable.
